Hi All, one of my customers has migrated to a Citrix environment and Qlik is installed on a backend server. The desktop is installed on a RDS server and users that use the desktop app experience that they always have to enter the server name and it is not saved for the next time they start the Qlikview desktop app. Also they noticed that the opened documents are not appearing on the Recent list of the desktop app. Is this information stored on the user profile side or is it stored on the server side?? I am trying to figure out where to start looking... I guess it is the user profile, but I would need more detailed info on where and what kind of access is required.
It's user profile. Specifically
C:\Users\userid\AppData\Roaming\QlikTech\QlikView\settings.ini
