I have one NT security enabled Qlikview document. The user list and other security elements are kept in an Excel file. After changing some access rights for certain users in the Excel file and reloading the application, some users are not able to open the document with a message saying that the document cannot be opened for unknown reason. Any help on this is very much appreciated.
