Hi guys,
I'm new to Qlikview so I have a question about securing documents for certain users.
I installed the Qlikview 11 server, have about 20 reports in the root folder [visible via access point\Web].
Can i determine what reports are visible for what users?
Because some reports contain critical data and can not be visible for every user that logs on to the webplatform.
Regards
Sounds like you are using the small business edition, without Publisher, right?
Secure the reports by assigning the windows NTFS file read permission to authorized users. You may find this easier to do by collecting the secure reports in folders and asisgning permissions to folders.

Yes, see attached documents.
I hope it helps!!
Javier, thanks.
This is section access, to secure parts of data within a report.
What i mean is actually making sure that user1 can only see document 1, 3 en 6 when logging on via access point.
And that user2 can only see document 2.,4 and 6

Exactly!
I'll try that tomorrow. All users are located within the same domain so I'll have to see how that will work out.
