Read out sefl paced Tables from an QlikView file, sent them to Excel and distribute them via Email to recipients

Hi QlikView Community,

I would like to know if its possible and if there are any experiences with Excel Reports from QlikView.
I want to read out Tables from QlikView, sent them to a new Excel file.
After that the Excel file should be distributed via Email (Outlook) to self paced recipients.

Im interested in any suggestion and ideas.
