Reduce and download data from the server

Hi,

I'm looking for a way to reduce document and then save it to my laptop to take away from office. As I see there is no option to reduce data when document was opened on the server. Is it a bug of QVS?

You can open your document "Without Data" and save it with another name.

I would like to take document away from the server with reduced data , lets say 2 months only.
