Reduce to PDF fails intermittently

Hi

Is anyone having trouble with this - sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't

Currently i have set the PDFPrintTimeOutInSeconds to 60 in the developer app and Publisher settings.ini.

Originally it was 12 secs.

We have QV 11.0.11440.0
