Reload task works but cannot connect to the QMS

Hello everyone,

We have QlikView 11 installed on 1 Windows 2008R2 Server with the default webserver from QlikView.

For a long time everything worked fine but suddenly somethimes I cannot acces the QMS.

All the reload tasks are still working?

If the reload tasks are finshed I try to restart the services but that doesn't help.

I need to restart the Server.

Doe anyone has an idea to solve this problem?
