Reloads on QV Cluster without Publisher

Is it possible to distribute reloads to all nodes in a QlikView Server Cluster without Publisher?

Since there is no publisher a distribute won't be possible, if you point both QlikView servers to the same shared folder containing the QVW's both can access the same files.
