Removing disabled files from QMC / QEMC - Qlik Community

Hi,

Does anybody know how to move disabled files from the QMC User Documents view.

I have a few historic qvws that are no longer in use and I would like to remove these from this view - it looks messy !

Any help greatly received !

Hello Darrell,

Make sure there is no Meta or Shared files with the name of the old files. Make sure as well that before remove those files you have set to "None" its reload tasks, if there were any.

If they exist, they must have in the same folder the actual QVW files are.

Hi Darell.

This usually happens when you have schedule or reload on a document, and you delete this document without removing schedule.

In order to remove this files from qemc you have to place thar files again in the same directry and remove schedule from QEMC.

Later delete those files. Now they will be deleted permanently.
