Repository button replies "undefined"

Hi,

My users use Bookmarks a lot. They do it using the repository button (on the upper menu).

When upgrading QV to April 2020 SR 4 or May 2021 IR (we tested both) we encountered the following problem.

The Repository button replies "undefined" (screen shot is attached).

This happen in all models (in the test environment).

I  converted the shared file to Tshared file but it didnt help.

Appreciate your advice.

Problem solved.

We had to add .QVPP format to our F5 settings.

@EladKushmaro  Are you using QlikView Web Server or IIS for your Webserver service? If it's the latter this KB article may provide the solution: https://support.qlik.com/articles/000046222

Hi Lucas,

We're using Web Server service.

Another hint may be that the drop box SHOWS bookmarks (only bookmarks that were created by the user)
but the repository (and Note button and New Sheet Object button ) all are still "undefined" (screenshot attached).

Also when I open a model via Access Point, the repository button works fine.

It shows undefined only when accessing the model via the organizational portal (there is some change in URL of the model)
