       How do you schedule jobs on the  publisher…

           Could some explain it step by step...

For version 9+, there are no jobs.  It is tasks now.  Check out page 48 in the QlikView Server Manual.

Click on the Server tab

File Function = Documentation
Version No = 10.00

Click on the provided link to download the manual.  I would also expect it to be installed on the server by default, but I haven't checked.
