Section Access error, list of errId ?

Hello,

Section Access debugging is one of the most difficult thing with Qlikview.  

On a new document, I have this error :

2016-10-23 19:01:27          2016-10-26 14:08:30          4          700     Information             SE_LOG: Document Open: Open document: No access to the file XXX.qvw (e=-4)

Everything seems good in the Section Access and some other users with the same configuration have access ..

What is the errId : -4 ?

Is there a list of errId ?

And what does AS(4) or Strict(1) mean ?

I'm sure there is an issue in my configuration but i would really know what these codes mean
