Section acces with IP machine

I would like to give access to my users by de ip machine. Some help?

I do not believe that this is possible.

The options for Section Access are Username  or NTName based, not IP address.

The option to licence QlikView by machine name is no longer supported.

QV Server runs on its host server.  Users run a Web Browser on their client machine.  So everything QV wise runs on the server

The ClientPlatform() function gives the name of the platform the client is using, but I not aware of any that return the client IP address.

Remember anyone can change local IP....

so DON'T USE IT
