Server Connection Lost, Closing Document

I'm trying to use the 'Notes' feature in Qlikview (taking a snapshot and comments), but when I compose the note and click on 'save' I get the error 'Server Connection Lost, Closing Document!'.

This happens on every QV report we have. Does anyone have any ideas what's causing this? I have tried disabling 'Allow Only One Copy of Document in Memory'.

I'm using QV11 SR2, on XP & IE Plug-in.

What release of SR2 are you running?

We're running SR2 release 2 on the server. Reading your question reminded me that I tested the Notes out a couple of months ago (probably on the initial SR2 before we upgraded) and it worked ok then...
