We have an issue whereby we have two identical servers, one we use for UAT and the other production. The production server works and when people click on the URL the dashboard appears. However, we are having issues whereby in our UAT box we get to the stage where it says ' The Qlikview document is opening'.... It then hangs and nothing happens in so far as that we have to use task manager to close internet explorer.
Both Servers have identical documents resigin on them also.
