There's a user who has his firewall deactivated, can access documents with the Ajax Client, but when he can't with the IE Plugin and in the events log the "Session stop reason: can't secure" error is being logged. Why is this happening? Thanks,

Has the user a license assigned to the user who is running the IE Plugin? Does that happen when he/she connects to the server using Desktop?
Go to the start page of the QlikView Desktop and click on Open In Server, specify domain\username and password, and verify that the top right part of the start page says "You are leasing a license from SERVERNAME". Close QlikView and try again from the Plugin.

Yes the user has a license and can open the document with the ZFP client, it only happens with the IE Plugin.
I haven't tried with the desktop client, but I'll give it a try.
