Unable to configure Custom Login Page - QV Server

Hi,

Im in the process of deploying a new installation of Qlikview Server (May21).  When I try to configure the login address in System>Setup>QVS>Authentication

When I click Apply after selecting 'Custom Login Page' 

it reverts back to Alternate login page 😐

I have checked "Authentication : Always" and "Type : NTLM" 

Is there anything else I should be doing?

How does these settings look like in the previous environment? If it should be changed what is the aim?
