Unable to distribute PDF report to users

Problem Statement: Task Runs successfully but in task log warning appears as "No mailaddress found.  Recipient="

Steps followed:

1.  clicked on "Edit this task".

2. Can see the users in the "General" Tab.

3. But in "Distribute" tab on clicking "Manage users" icon, I unable to see any user.

4. Also, tried searching users but no user appeared.

****Please help to solve this issue****

Hi @Pooja_D,

What is the full version of QlikView you are running (i.e. 12.60.20200)?  

With the task opened for editing, what do you have selected for the Distribute > File Type tab? Also, check the Distribute > Notify tab to see if the Send notification e-mail to recipients check box is ticked.

What is the full version of QlikView you are running (i.e. 12.60.20200)?  

With the task opened for editing, what do you have selected for the Distribute > File Type tab? Also, check the Distribute > Notify tab to see if the Send notification e-mail to recipients check box is ticked.

Currently Using QlikView version 12.10.20300 SR5.

Distribute->File Type Tab->PDF report from source document

Distribute->Notify->Send notification e-mail to recipients box was not ticked.

Even after ticked, mail was not distribute.
