Unable to retrive qvs settings

Hi, everyone.

I´m trying to performance my QlikView Server. I've checked that all services are running. I want to give access to the files on server to some users, for they can have remote access to these files.

My problem is that when I try to do it from QlikView Enterprise Management Console the next error occurs ("Unable to retrieve QVS settings. Is the service available with correct credentials?"):

In the section "Distribution", when I try to give access to the files on server to some users, the next errors occurs ("Not found: SystemSetup.QVSSetup.Distribution.AddRecipients"):

And ("Not found: SystemSetup.QVSSetup.Distribution.Recipients.RecipientType"):

is the user you specified for contacting the qvs member of the qlikview administrators group running on the machine running the qvs service?

I contacted with qllikview support. The problem was my license was not activated.
