Unauthorized when try to get ticket

Hi all,

I'm trying to get a ticket on a server 10, but I get an error 401 after the request.

I tried both using the post and the get methods but it always returns the error.

My user is in the QlikView Administrator group, and I I try to copy the url on the browser, the server answer correctly with the ticket

Anyone can help me?

Thanks

Need to make sure the the system that is requesting the IP is trusted.

Hi Bill,

thanks for your answer.

the computer from which I request the ticket is the same.

I added the IP and 127.0.0.1, but I got the same error.

I try on my server and it works, but no on customer's server.

You are trying to request the GetTicket.aspx?

So you are not trying to get a webticket because that was not introduced until version 11.
