I'm trying to find out how many concurrent users (all NAMED) I have (an average) but this Ops Monitor v10.0 is kind of tricky to understand. Can you help me with that?
Also, what is understood as a "session" because I have a limiter number of NAMED CALs and a bigger number of sessions.
Finally, should I have to upgrade to the Governance Dashboard? If I have installed QVS 11.2 SR2?
A session is counted when you access a document on the access point. With Named CALs a user can access all the documents available on the access point.
