Upgraded to 12.2 and now application will not load on server

Hi Qlikers,

We recently upgraded to 12.2 SR6 on our server and one of our major dashboards fails to load. It loads just fine on the desktop version, but has not been able to finish on the server since the upgrade. Our desktop versions are also 12.2 SR6. Is this a bug? How should I go about troubleshooting if it runs in desktop?

Thanks!

Are you 100% sure it is the same application? You are fetching different amount of lines in the two versions.

Do you have an prj folder in where you are opening application in the desktop version?

In which version did the script run without trouble? Did you upgrade from a QV 11.2 version or QV 12.2?

Hi,

If you are facing the error: 2019-04-08 06:48:24 Error: Unexpected token: '(', expected one of: ',', ':', 'OPERATOR_PLUS', 'OPERATOR_MINUS', 'OPERATOR_MULTIPLICATION', 'OPERATOR_DIVISION', 'OPERATOR_STRING_CONCAT', ...

means you have the BNF mode enabled that was introduced in QlikView 12.20. Kindly check: https://support.qlik.com/articles/000045823

Kind regards
