Urgent help: Unable to see user details in Assigned CALs tab in QMC(QV 11)

Dear All,

We are having 1800 Named Licenses out of which 1525 is being leased in our Global License server. I would like to check the user details who are leased the licenses and when they have last used . We do not have any Access Points reports running for this server.

Normally these details we can found in QMC--> System--> Licenses--> Select server--> CALs-->Assigned CALs.

I cannot see the users details . Please find screenshots. Kindly let me know how I can able to see those users.

Also I'm logged in as administrator. we are having only Named Licenses.

@P.S: Distribution service is down as we do not have publisher license . Does it related to anywhere not to display the details of users?

Better restart the QlikView Management Service.

Hi Peter,

Thanks for the quick response.

I have restarted the Management Service but No luck.

However, When I check the services I have seen Qlikview Directory Service Connector service was down. So I have restartd DSC service and now I'm able to see all the users.
