I have a few users who are not able to access the Qlikview access point. One user, who used to be able to get on the Access Point fine, is suddenly not able to. He tells me he had computer issue so had his computer cleaned up.
He is using IE 8. When he tries to get on the access point, he sees the beginning of the access point, but never gets the login prompt, and the browser just hangs. He is able to get to the access point using Fire Fox fine.
I am suspecting it must be IE browser issue... What should I look for?
If you are using a domain controller or active directory, check that "windows integrated authentication*" is ticked on in the tools>internet options>advanced menu of the person trying to connect, otherwise the browser doesn't pass the token details
