Users that can create their own objects

What is needed in order for an end-user to be able to create their own objects in AJAX?

Do they need special user license? Special QlikView license?

you can use collaboration object .i thing there is no need of any thing instead of CAL assigned to access.

Please Preffer Server Refrence mannual.
