V9 Server - Distribution Service and Directory Service Connecter switched off

I cannot get my Distribution Service and Directory Service Connecter switched on, "Failed to connect" appears on the console.

I have them switched on via services with the correct Administrator username and password...

Any Ideas

If you changed the user that initiates the Services, you need to make sure that the new user is member of the QlikView Administrators group.

I have the same error, i tried to restart the services, read every log but apparently there's no error in any log. I don't know what is wrong. Please Help. Best Regard, Enrique

In my case the user that initiates the Services is part of QlikView Administrator group.
