Hi,
I have a dashboard that works fine, i call him from a web application with the ticketing system.
The problem is that my dashboard has a macro that makes a dynamic update.
The dynamic update works only if the user is member of the windows qlikview administrator group.
When I open the dashboard with the ticket it seems that qlikview does not understand that the user is member of the qlikview administrator group.
Does anyone meet that problem?

I'm facing the same problem while opening my dashboard with a ticket.
With my windows account, member of qliview administrator group, the dashboard and dynamic update work fine.
When i tried the use of a ticket, the dashboard works fine but not the dynamic update, even if this ticket is generated by a user member of QlikView Administrators.
Do you find any solution ?

Perhaps in a next release or service pack of QlikView...
