I have been doing years with web ticketing through IIS. But never tried using QVWS ?.
Have anyone tried creating webticket with out QSS ?. Please suggest.
As per my knowledge, It needs authentication changes settings on QVAjaxZFC folder, which can not be possible with light version of IIS (QSS).
