I tried to generate the web ticket using the URL and got the retrieve val as Invalid call.
http://localhost/qvajaxzfc/getwebticket.aspx?cmd=<Global method="GetWebTicket"><UserId>user</UserId></Global>
I have modified the IIS settings as required
1. Added the trusted ip.
2. Modified the QvAjaxzfc and GetWebticket.aspx to Anonymous and windows authentication.
3. NTFS to DMS
4. Enabled the prohibit anonymous.
Any idea how to resolve this. we are using QlikView 11 SR 5.
