What is the best practice using publish send pdf to users in Windows AD and NTFS mode?

Hello,

I have question about how to send pdf files as mail attachment in publish. There are a lots of settings in publisher page in QMC and I have no detail ducument about that.

My system is QMC in ntfs mode, The users have account in windows AD. How can I configure my QMC?

And one more question, if I have no AD but a local system directory, How can I configure ?
