I don't believe we test QlikView with Citrix, so there is not much in the way of documentation for this issue.
First step would be to test without it, check that you can access QlikView without problem on an iOS device just using Safari.
If that works, but citrix does not then check what settings citrix allows with respect to cookies and maybe reach out to citrix support.

Dear Andrew, Thank you so much for your kind support.
I have checked Qlikview access point, it is working fine on IOS device without Citrix secure hub app.
But While login with Citrix Secure Hub App the Qlikview access point home page stuck at Loading content document list doesn't load.
Also raised a ticket at Qlik portal, Received a response states:
Thanks for letting me know to reach out to citrix support it is pending from their bucket.

@Andrew_Delaney Dear Sir, Team have found the below mentioned windows logs. Does Qlikview access point website needs XSRF for communication?
- While comparing the android working and iOS traces we observed
- In Android we can see "xrfkey" cookie sent to the backend hence the backend respond with 200 OK This "xrfkey" cookie is missing in iOS hence the backend responds with 403 forbidden and error message "xsrf prevention check failed. possible xsrf discovered"
Can you please help on the below SS message "Error contacting the server due to xsrf prevention checks"
