Workbench 10 installation on development machine separate from QlikView server

I am trying to install QlikView Workbench 10 on a development machine that is separate from the QlikView server. Also, the development machine is on a different domain than the QlikView server. I can establish a VPN connection to network domain that the QlikView server is on.

However, during the installation process, I am attempting to change the "Url to QvAjaxZfc virtual directory" to my use my QlikView server name or ip, and in testing the url, I get an "Unauthorized" error.

Has anyone successfully installed Workbench 10 on a machine separate (that' son a different domain) from the QlikView server. What were your steps?

HI,

we had the same situation than you.We only enable "Anonymus Authentication" in the IIS on the WebServer. Then the URL was valid and the next Button enables. But click finish, there will be the next error and an rollback of installation was the end.

But try to enable "Anonymus Authentication" perhaps that works.
