assign document cal by groupe

hi

i'm facing a problem with dynamic cal assignment .

i want to assign 10 document cal to a groupe composed of 10 users .i did that for an application and it works , but it counts also the groupe as a user.

in document cal of my application ,i have allocated 10 document cal and i have assigned the groupe 2 (user29==> user 38 ) .but the user 38 can't access to the application (Access denied ! The server (QVS) has no USER CAL for your account) . even if 9 only are used .

any help plz .

Hi,

This is known thing.

Cals cannot be allocated to group.

You need to add individual users for cal allocation.

i found a solution .

in authorization tab for the wanted application :

named user --> select the groupe

in document cals tab :

put the number of allocatted cals and the enable  allow dynamic cal assignment .

so we give acces to a restricted groupe composed of n users and in the same way allocate n document cal .
