We need your urgent assistance as we see the loadbalancing is not working and entire load is concentrated on one server

Hi @itadmin_isa,

So we'll need much more information from you in order to provide assistance.  

• Full QV build version (i.e. 12.60.20200)
• Are you referring to load balancing apps on the AccessPoint or load balancing tasks in QV Publisher?
• Was load balancing working as expected previously and suddenly stopped? Or has load balancing never worked?
• When did issue begin to occur?

If issue is with AccessPoint, what do you have configured in QMC > System > Setup > QlikView Web Servers > AccessPoint > Server Connections > Load Balancing?  See the below Qlik Support knowledge base articles:
