starting from yesterday I have problems with a qlikview server, small business, version 11.20 sr5: the result is no server in the access point and users cannot access qlikview docs
on the load side I get 3 different type of errors on different docs (extract of the log is below); all errors seems I/O related
this isn't a new server, no new deploy, so the etl (load) process and the user accessing the server aren't changed in last months
any help would be appreciated
thanks in advance

Wow, Magic !
Of course, that is to be expected with QlikView
Is your QV Server (and ACP) up and running again as well?
Hi Massimo,
At what time did you experience the "No Server" issue? From what I can see in the logs, there are some issues with reading PGO files at times.
How are the resources on the machine? (Performance log would be good for this)
Is this a virtual machine? If so, make sure the resources are dedicated.
The performance counter has some issues. Rebuild it by in CMD type (elevated rights): lodctr /r
Regards,
Erik
yesterday at 16:59 (mail from user)
it's a virtual machine managed by IT (I forwarded your questions to IT)
Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard Service Pack 1 (64 bit edition), 4 CPU, 8 GB
I tried to move root folder from SAN to local Qlik server folder; AFAIK this moves pgo files but I lost licenses and path so i come back to SAN
Now the server is up and running
Glad to hear that. Let us know if you need any further help.
Erik
