We have printing license in Qlikview, but it stopped working. I wonder is that known issue or why it happened?
I just re entered all qlikview license numbers, but it didn't help
@hakalati What version of QlikView are you currently running in your environment? Have you tried re-installing PDF Exchange?

Hi @hakalati. I would suggest that you upgrade to QlikView 12.60 as soon as you have the chance. With this version, we have moved away from using the old version of PDF-Xchange and we now use Microsoft's native Print to PDF, which should solve many issues.
Also, your current version is out of support, and that will be a problem if you need to open support cases,

Interesting thing print spooler there. Anyway I installed it, but problem is that it need to be rebooted. So I am waiting later evening then qlikview used not so often
