problems opening shared bookmarks in accespoint as a user

I've created a bookmark in accesspoint and shared it with another user.

The user can see it in their bookmark menu but when you try to open it nothing happens?

If I add a popup then that shows but the bokkmark page does not show.

Can anyone give any indication if this is still a bug?

We are using Qlikview 11.20.11643.0 and internet:- Explorer 9 or Google Chrome.
