After restarting the production it show following error message
Check if there's any error messages in your QlikView Server Event log.
(Found under C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\QlikViewServer by default)
If it does not work then
In your Production server:
Shut down your QlikView Server service and then go to
C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\QlikViewServer and delete all the files that are in that folder.
Then restart Qlikview Service and may check if licence still exists, If not you have re apply license.

No issue it will work.
The only thing is that you will not be entitled for support unless you renew it.
But your qlikview server will work without any problem.

Check the server logs( C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\QlikViewServer) specially the event log for any errors. Also check the Webserver logs(C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\WebServer\Log) for any errors. Note the path I provided are the default locations.

Please check your PGO files if they are OK or corrupted.

It looks your QV service issue or check the Event log for error where it is generated and also check the network connectivity of the server it is upto mark or not. May be the some updation not working on the net due to that the problems occurs.
One of the thing while running the services manually means stop and start go and check again it is getting stopped or run properly.
