i followed all ur steps ,but onec i tried to apply the license again,, its shows an error message services are down ,apply and update btn are disable.I am not able to update or clear the license
Did you followed steps I suggested.
I think you missed something, Ok no problem follow the below steps.
Tun off all you services.
Delete all content of below folder
C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\
Restart all QlikView Services.
Apply Licence now.

Today i am facing same problem. what i did there i just restart my machine and i started all services for related the all qlikview ...
You Need To restart all the service of qlikview
go to service and the find all the services who belong to qlik and than restart them
