qlikview network port

Hi All,

i have a this question: i create a map in QV like google map. it display well in extranet. But it not display in company net, the company net is conected with extranet. so may be the impact is company fire wall.

so, first i want know what is the network port in qlikview?

     then, if wen can change it or re setting?

how to solve this question?

it just happened on my desk version, how about the desk version net work port?

if i open my qvw file on desk in extranet, the map is show well. if i switch to Company net and re open it, the map is lost.

if possibel, can i change the defult port?
