Hi everyone,
our users tell us that they lose their session after a long period of inactivity (>30min) in the application. This is intentional and works. 🙂
But for some time now the application will not "reopen" after this (session timeout) but it comes with the error message "Failed to Open document. You don't have access to this document" as popup!
The application has to be closed and reopened by the user.
This behavior can be observed at the AccessPoint! We use QV 12.70 SR2
For hints and tips I would be very grateful!

Can you open a case, I am already investing the same issue.
@sebastianQlik what kind of user access (license) is used? is it a CAL or professional/analyzer?
does the issue happen to all users?

Is this a defect for May 2022 SR2?
I thought I was going crazy, I installed a new server but with settings of the old server. With inactivity, or forcing it by restarting the QlikViewWebServer service you can reproduce this error. On the old server the reconnecting happend instead of "Failed to open document, You don't have access to this document"
Users are very annoyed by this issue, should I downgrade/upgrade?
Is it fixed in 12.8?
