server 9.0 - ajax don't work

when i click the qvw file in the access point page, only the "Open with IE Plugin" and "Open with java" are enabled.

I want to open a file in "AJAX zero footprint" mode, ma this option is disabled. Why?

i'm using internet explorer 8 and firefox 3

thanks!

In the QlikView Management Console ajax needs to be enabled on the user document for this to work. If the document is reloaded by Publisher this is set by the Publisher task so you may need to check that.

just a little cuestion:

Your Qlikview Server License is for a Small Business Server or for a Enterprise Server.

Why?

Because in the Small Business Server the funcionality for AJAX is not active and the number of CAL is restricted to a max of 25.

If you want to use AJAX funcionallity you have to upgrade you license to a Enterprise Server
