Is it possible to swap user cals for doc cals? For example, if I have 10 user cals, can I swap them for 40 doc cals (as a doc cal is approx. 4x the price of a user cal) ?
I have been advised that doc cals can be upgraded to user cals (the customer pays the difference), but not the other way round.
