Hello,
I am currently having trouble updating award document CAL users .
Through the Management Console, the latter being connected to the active directory domain, I can no longer delete or add users to a given document.
Have you ever encountered this type of problem? Do you have any ideas?

can you confirm below.
Did you provide Active directory credentials in below path
QMC--> System --> Setup --> Directory Service Connector --> Active directory?
Provide credentials of any active directory user.

The user you are adding here is a part of active directory or Local directory on your server?
