4-5-4 Calendar TY vs LY comparison

Hi all,

I am having a hard time being able to do TY vs LY comparison for the 4-5-4 calendar when comparing a 52 week year (like this year 2018) vs a 53 week year (2017). I have read the forums and seen how the calendars are generated etc but haven`t see any resources on how to do the proper comparison.
