How? I need 4 rings at a glance. Not cyclic #note

Create 2 Pie charts. Place them on each other and make background transparent and adjust size so that they will for outer circles for your existing pie chart

Am not making a static chart. Am designing a chart people will drilldown on the information have to be inline. I thought of that previously

See the issue at 3rd ring didnt fall inline with the 2nd ring. That is just 1 of the issues
