ABSOLUTE PATH an RELATIVE PATH

Hi community,

I can not use relative paths to link my documents QlikView.

Look image attached to a message.

Let take the two followings directories: Tableau_01_Entete and Tableau_02_EVOLUTION DES EFFECTIFS AU COURS DE L'EXERCICE

In each, there is a QlikView document.

From the QlikView document that is in Tableau_01_Entete, I want to open one who is in Tableau_02_EVOLUTION DES EFFECTIFS AU COURS DE L'EXERCICE.

For that, I put a button object on the first document and informs in the path of the file to open the following string: DSF\Tableau_02_EVOLUTION DES EFFECTIFS AU COURS DE L'EXERCICE\Evolution_Des_Effectifs_Au_Cours_De_L_Exercice.qvw

But it does not work, yet with the absolute path everything goes well.

I would use relative paths.

Thanks for ur help

Yimen,

Relative path working for me. Check in attached qvw file.

Since your directory are different so .\..\ must be handeled properly.

My two files a.qvw and B.qvw are in F:\qv_projects\abs_rel_path\A\a.qvw and F:\qv_projects\abs_rel_path\A\B.qvw.

so i put the . and .. that way check.

Regards,

Shubhu

Yimen,

sorry paths are F:\qv_projects\abs_rel_path\A\a.qvw. for a.qvw

and

F:\qv_projects\abs_rel_path\B\B.qvw for B.qvw.
