We just ran into this issue where we can't vertical scroll with List Boxes and other objects (horizontal scrolling seems fine) in any of our apps. We haven't upgraded our server recently so believe it's caused by client side updates. All clients use AJAX clients with QlikView server version 11.20.12018.0 (11.2 SR3). The browsers that do NOT work for us include:
There is a similar thread, but it relates to Access Point scrolling and points out that Chrome does work, so it may be different? http://community.qlik.com/thread/103215
We have found that by switching I.E. 11 into I.E. 10 compatibility mode (F12 Developer Tools), we can get I.E. 11 to function. Unfortunately we haven't been able to find a workaround for Chrome. Any ideas or help would be great. We can't control the client machine release levels for all users so can't force a client downgrade. Do we really have to go to 11.2 SR 5 on the server to fix this?
To fix the issue with IE11 you need to update the server to 11.2 SR5.
Don't know about chrome.
Hi Dave,
As Jens said, IE 11 it´s not supported on your version, u must upgrade to SR5 or downgrade your browser.

I was afraid of that. I'm actually most concerned with Chrome because there's no workaround we can identify. Will 11.2 SR5 fix the Chrome clients too?
Hi Dave,
Download the Release Notes, a whole lot of bugs were corrected, chek the list.
Cheers
Thanks Nelson - Unfortunately, the bug list doesn't mention this Chrome issue.
Can anyone else confirm they are seeing this issue at all or if they're having issues with Chrome on 11.5?
We´re using 11.20 SR5 and Chrome scrolls smoothly
Hi,
Try to use IExplorer always and download the IEPlugin to have a better visulization
Fernando
Thanks, but we can't control the clients that tightly so IE plugin is not an option.
The scrolling issue with Google Chrome does still exist. Even if you've updated to QlikView Server 11.2. sr5.
