AP - No Connection Error | The communication with QlikView Server failed (TimedOut)

I have a problem with QlikView Server and the AccessPoint . When I'm usually using the AP is disconnected . When it happens, all users are disconnected. To be able to use it I have to restart the services.
It is installed on Windows Server 2008 R2. The Install, QlikView Server is a new installation and not an upgrade . The problem occurs with version 11.20 SR5 and SR12. Using SR2 works correctly .
