About leasing license(urgent)

    Hi all,

          I have a problem about leasing license. I got a server which allow license lease. And i have named CAL on this server.

Before leasing license, my qlikview desktop is personal edition and can't open others' qvw files.

After i leasing license through 'open URL' of AccessPoint, my qlikview shouw 'leasing license from ...'. And i could open qvw file which others developed.

When i disconnect the network (mean that i can not connect the Qlikview server any more), my qlikview desktop still show 'leasing license from ...' in the first 3 or 4 hours.

3 or 4 hours later, when i open the qlikview software, it prompt 'Personal edition' ! I could not open the qvw files.

How could i open others qvw files using qlikview installed om my machine when i connect to no network (or can not connect to Qlikview server)?

Hi

Don't use open URL instead used open in server to lease licence.

Please go through the attached document for more details.

Actually, i have tried "Open in server" to lease license and also didn't work.

By the way, what's the difference between these two ways?

I have read the document you reccomended, I have done as the document said but still the qlikview appears 'personal etidion'.

But anyway, i will try it again using 'open in server' method.
